Tour Terms and Conditions

To book a reservation please contact by telephone or web form. We request a reservation at least two weeks in advance; however, tours may be booked on shorter notice depending on availability. A 25% credit card deposit is required to hold your reservation. A Duck Pond representative will contact you to confirm your reservation, and a confirmation letter will be sent to the address provided. Payment in full is due at time of arrival.

Our cancellation policy requires that you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. No deposits will be refunded for no-shows or groups that cancel less than 48 hours prior to their reservation.

For groups of 10 or more, please arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled start time. The group leader should check in at the tasting room for directions on where group members should disembark. Groups that arrive more than 20 minutes past their scheduled time forfeit tour privileges.

Please note that the tour requires participants to walk several hundred feet and to stand for prolonged periods of time. Portions of the tour are conducted in the outdoors; please dress accordingly.

Duck Pond Cellars cannot be held liable for any damages or injuries incurred while on our premises. We will refuse wine service to minors and visibly intoxicated persons, and an adult must accompany minors at all times.
