Cru Club:

2015 'South Salem Hills Cuvée' Pinot Noir
This is a blend of Pinot Noir from our sites throughout the South Salem Hills in the Willamette Valley. The majority comes from the St. Jory Vineyard, a consistent producer of ripe, robust Pinot Noir. Smaller portions of fruit from our Delaney, Hylo and Willow Creek Vineyards make up the rest. Smokey notes mingle with flavors and aromas of cherry, blackberry and toast. We recommend drinking by 2020. Only 252 cases produced.

Pairing suggestion: Hazelnut-Crusted Chicken with Raspberry Sauce

2015 'Coles Valley Vineyard' Pinot Noir - Wine Club Exclusive
The warm Umpqua Valley is home to our family's Coles Valley Vineyard site. Warmer than the Willamette Valley, this appelation produces a robust Pinot noir bursting with ripe aromas and flavors and a rich, deep color and structure. This is a great wine for drinking now with assertive foods or cellaring for another five years. Only 217 cases produced.

Pairing suggestion: Herbed Lamb Chops with Pinot Noir Sauce

Estate Club:

2016 'Delaney Vineyard' Pinot Gris - Wine Club Exclusive
An extended 40-day fermentation allowed us to perfectly capture the fresh, fruity characteristics of this wine. Notes of jasmine, peach and crushed stone dominate the nose and palate of this limited-production Pinot Gris. Only 130 cases produced.

Pairing suggestion: Littleneck Clams with New Potatoes and Spring Onions

2015 Gamay Noir
The Fries family grows a small amount of Gamay Noir in the Delaney Vineyard located in the South Salem Hills of the Willamette Valley. Often used as a blending grape to soften Pinot Noir, in warm vintages such as 2015, the Gamay Noir makes a stellar standalone varietal and a lively, fruit-centric alternative to Pinot Noir. The bright acidity and lush flavors make this a great wine for most types of cuisine. We recommend serving it cool at 60-65 degrees. Only 111 cases produced.

Pairing suggestion:
Chorizo-Crusted Cod and Beans with Arugula Pesto
