2018 Rascal Rosé
Clean aromas of fresh cut strawberry and watermelon burst from the glass. Lime zest complements the bouquet and provides acidity against the palate of raspberry. A touch of sweetness fills the mid palate and finishes clean.
Our Rosé is produced using the traditional Saignee method. After 24 hours of skin contact, Pinot Noir juice was bled o the fermenters and fermented in stainless steel tanks. A slow, cool fermentation was used to preserve the delicate flavors and aromas. The end result is a delicious and balanced Rosé that will leave you coming back for more.
